Bougalis Inc is an MPCA licensed tank contractor. We have the knowledge, ability, and equipment to remove most any underground tank. We have been involved in this type of work for over thirty five years and we have been licensed since the MPCA began their licensure program in approximately 1987. Our strength is more in the removal side of the trade, however, we are licensed and have been involved in many new installations as well.
